By using PlanAstro (the “App”), owned and operated by BETASPHERE LLC, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

The App is a planning aid. Positions, weather and forecasts come from calculations and third-party sources and may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for safety-critical decisions. Never point optics at the Sun without a proper solar filter.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from My Profile.

Your content

You keep ownership of images and text you post to Community Capture, and grant us a license to display them in the App. Do not post content you don't have rights to, or that is unlawful or inappropriate; we may remove such content.

Third-party data

Sky survey imagery and catalogue data remain subject to their providers' terms, credited in the App.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, BETASPHERE LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
